We performed market research and competitive analysis, helped identify and estimate the size of the target market and refine the client's positioning that differentiated from the competition. We then packaged our findings into a beautifully designed pitchdeck with a clear and compelling storyline accompanied by a well-built financial model.

After we packaged the strategy into investor materials: pitch deck and a financial model.

Customer research for mental health startup

We found a customer segment with a clear problem that was not resolved by existing solutions. We did that through 20 JTBD (jobs-to-be-done) customer interviews, talking to mental health experts and studying the feedback for 50+ competitor apps.

Result: Client was able to build a no-code MVP and validate the business model prior to scaling.

Market entry strategy for facility management company in Africa

We identified and researched the target country market and identified a vacuum in the commercial and residential segments. We calculated the market size with growth projections, performed competitive analysis, and created a project launch plan that included required resources and prospective clients to target. We also sourced a credible local partner and helped pick an office in a suitable location.

Result: Client successfully launched their project and is now the second largest player in the market.
